I help leaders and organizations see the hidden forces that shape human behavior—so they can lead, communicate, and live with greater clarity, integrity and trust.

Here, I explore power, identity, culture, and the unseen dynamics that shape how we think, belong, and relate to one another. My work draws on a career spanning academia, entrepreneurship, public policy, and the arts—each offering a different lens into how people and institutions construct meaning and authority.

I am also an actor and film producer, and a lifelong student of human motivation and emotional truth. This space is where those perspectives come together. Outside of my professional work, I am a husband, grandfather, and devoted Chihuahua companion. Poetry, film, and cooking—which will make their way here too—keep me grounded in the lived experience behind the ideas.
